Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, information created during calls or service interactions, and limited technical information from our websites or hosted systems.
- Contact information such as name, phone number, email address, and business contact details.
- Reservation and request details such as date, time, party size, stay dates, seating preference, room preference, guest notes, and follow-up requests.
- Voice-service records such as call recordings, transcripts, call metadata, transfer outcomes, QA notes, and support status.
- SMS consent records such as opt-in method, opt-in time, opt-out status, and message delivery status.
- Website and system usage data such as browser type, pages visited, referral source, approximate location, device identifiers, and log data.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve our services.
- Answer caller questions and route calls to the correct hospitality team.
- Capture or process restaurant reservation requests, hotel booking links, property information, and guest-service follow-up.
- Send requested SMS messages, including reservation details, booking or checkout links, addresses, phone numbers, and requested hospitality information.

- Comply with legal, regulatory, carrier, and contractual obligations.
SMS Communications
Brittain Software sends SMS messages only when a recipient has provided appropriate consent, such as verbal consent during an inbound phone call. SMS messages may include reservation confirmations or requests, booking or checkout links, property information, restaurant information, addresses, and support phone numbers related to the recipient's request.
Message frequency varies based on the recipient's request and interaction with the service, usually 1-2 messages per reservation or information request. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply HELP for help. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data, consent records, and mobile numbers will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.
We may share mobile information with service providers only as needed to operate the messaging program, deliver requested messages, maintain security, comply with law, or support the services requested by the recipient. These service providers are not permitted to use mobile information for their own marketing.
